Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking dynamic, self-driven individuals to join our team as a Delivery Lead – Remote Onboarding in Sandton, GT, ZA. We’re passionate about service in the banking sector and are looking for those who share our enthusiasm. The role requires leading IT teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure the successful delivery of all product features, support, and maintenance tasks. You’ll play a key role in optimizing efficiency, fostering innovation, and developing people within Capitec’s operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in IT, with a focus on Computer Science or Programming, and 3-5 years of experience in software development management, including leadership experience with technical teams. AWS experience is a plus, as well as a strong background in software development, stakeholder engagement, business analysis, project management, and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
