{"id":43,"date":"2024-06-30T18:03:06","date_gmt":"2024-06-30T18:03:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/workquest.co.za\/?p=43"},"modified":"2024-06-30T18:03:06","modified_gmt":"2024-06-30T18:03:06","slug":"food-service-aid-x-6","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/workquest.co.za\/?p=43","title":{"rendered":"Food Service Aid x 6"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Food Service Aid x 6<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Reference Number:<\/strong> refs\/020768<br><strong>Directorate:<\/strong> Cook Freeze Factory<br><strong>Number of Posts:<\/strong> 6<br><strong>Package:<\/strong> R 131,265.00 per annum, plus benefits<br><strong>Enquiries:<\/strong> Mr. AL Mokgetle, 012-564 6300<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Requirements:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NQF Level 2 or Grade 10 or equivalent qualification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food service experience in a clinical or hospital environment is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preference will be given to EPWP\/Interns.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work in a team and under stressful conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability to work weekends, night shifts, and public holidays.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment to diversity and equity, particularly in terms of race, gender, and disability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Duties:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepare normal and therapeutic diets following standardized recipes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Portion meals according to ration scales and prescriptions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP rules and OHS standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Handle and lift heavy food service equipment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage allocated resources responsibly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Be flexible to work in various areas of the Cook Freeze factory as needed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in ongoing training and development programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Notes:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Applications must be submitted strictly online .
